how do you make two professions

how do you make two profession's do you only get to do it if your doing PvP or can you do it RP and if RP how can you do it.

but i have a quick question when you do have a both how do you earn new skill can you pick them or what my chartacter is necro/ranger

you earn new skills the same way you would if you didn't choose a secondary profession. You can get them from traders, capture them from bosses, or aquire them from quests. At one point you could also create and trade charms but I have heard that's not in the game right now. I haven't been able to login today to verify.
