Well if nothing else this will give you a free bump but I'd say you could probably get 25-40k for the holy rod and a fair amount for the staff and shields, but hopefully you'll get more accurate opinions

Defender would be ideal for the Fire Islands.

The Shadow Staff will be worth a bit, especially with the +30hp and +5e, good skill recharge and casting one short of 10%. I would say at least 70k+
