Guildwars wont load, Stuck on loading screen

Im stuck on the loading first loading screen that says:

"GuildWars - Connecting to ArenaNet - 0%"

The loading bar never goes anywhere its just stuck on 0%.

I just formatted my computer a week ago and reloaded guildwars, and it has been running fine for the last week. But i try to logon today and it just sits there at 0% "Connecting to ArenaNet."

my ZoneLabs Firewall is completely disabled, so that wouldn't be it.

Can anyone help? Is anyone else having the same problem? Is Guildwars down or something???

Problem FIxed!

I just downloaded some windows updates and restarted my computer and now it works! Weird.

Just fyi, even when zoneAlarm is disabled it continues to run the Truevector service which will ocntinue to enforce Application rules. In order to fully disable ZoneAlarm you must end the Truvector service after disabling or exiting the firewall.

Yeah, it's a firewall issue, apparently GW doesnt like to be put on hold during the connection, and locks up. I've seen this with F-Secure firewall and Norton Antivirus firewall, usually after GW has updated, and usually a reboot fixes the problem.
