PC:: Strange Jeweled Staff (haven't seen this skin before, have you?)

I haven't seen a Jeweled Staff with this skin before. Is it rare or am I the only one who hasn't seen this before?

It's stats are energy +10, and 10-19 dmg (req. 7). Blue with Highly Salvagable mod.

It's nothing special other than the skin...but at over 800 hours of play time I would think I'd have seen it if it was more common. So has anyone seen this skin before?

salvage or merchant. those skins drop in fow all the time

Alright, thanks. I don't really go to fow much so I guess that explains it, it dropped for me in RoF.
