Ascension, Secondary Profession Quest Trouble !

I have done all the quests but I have read the before I can do the final 15 Attribute point quest I need to do a secondary profession quest.

The trouble is, I dont want to change my secondary class, I love Being a Ranger/Monk...But I can't seem to do the Monk quest.

The question I am hoping someone can help me with is, If I do a secondary quest...Will I automatically become that class or does it want me to confirm it afterwards ? , in which case I can say no and carry on with the game...Which has been a blast so far.

I'm fairly certain it is a necessary confirmation. I wonder though if anyone knows if you can go, completel all 5 missions (6 but you can't be the same obviously) and transfer back and forth at leisure without having to do it again, since it would be obvious you've done the quest before.

Yes, after you comeplte the quest and get the reward, there's another dialog box asking if you really want ot change you secondary class.

And yes, once you do all the quests, you can change back and foth as much as you like.
