The first one is a very rare skin and the improved casting speed is perfect. I'd say about 20k or more, but get a second opinion. The grim cesta is not a rare skin, I've got about 6 of those, but the stats are very good. Perfect recharge, decent health bonus. Probably 25-30k on the second one.
Again, get a second opinion on price.

The grim cesta IS a rare skin. The medusa head is worth a lot more than the chakram style skins...

1. skin is not so rare, but still rare - and it got only 1 mod, but its a good 1 so i guess it worth about 20-30k
2. medusa head is nice rare skin - somehow i saw alot of offhands with this skin, but its still pretty. mods are nice too, so i think smwhere between 30 and 60k
pls post a link if u'll be selling these items, i may be interested in 2nd offhand - universal recharge is nice, i have medusa-skinned offhands alrdy tho

Both rare skins, and both have nice stats...Im going to agree with everyone else on the prices for both of those. 25-30k each

it's nice item and i really like medusa-head skin - got quite a collection of medusa-skinned offhands for now
wish 'skin type 4' offhands drop more often......
