I was reading a thread recently about how some players were unhappy that they couldn't wander freely through the world, especially in the last stages of the game. Personally, my complaint is that most of the PvE world provides no challenge to an ascended player because 2/3 of the place is levelled below me (the Titan quests seemed like a response to this- a way to revisit old locales and find a challenge). I propose that monsters -rarely- drop 'tickets' which affect what spawns in a specific area. This can go beyond making low level areas difficult for 20's and high level areas possible for non-specialized duo/trios- you might find new quests, and possibly new greens, in the far flung spots of the map.

Perhaps if spawns could depend on the overall group level and size? Maybe even henchmen adapting to the overall level of players in the group?

Yeah, I'd like to see Dragon's Gullet, majesty's rest, and various other isolated areas put to a bit more use.
