I would appreciate if someone could give me a price check on this sword:

Ebon Long Sword of Defense

Earth damage 15-22 req 8 Swordsmanship
Damage +16% (while Health is below 50%)
Armor +5

The "below 50% HP" is a price-killer, I know, but still -- any chance I may get more for it than just the merchant price, of the price of the +5 armor mod?
