WTB specific looking MAX hammer 15% stance. War Hammer,also Spiked Hammer(i think)

Needs to look like this:

Must have 15% damage while in a stance, max damage, require 12 or less(preferably 8 or 9). Mods don't matter, as I already have the mods to put in it. Not sure how much something like this would cost, it is rather specific, toss me a PM or post here and we'll work something out.
