WTB specific looking MAX hammer 15% stance. War Hammer,also Spiked Hammer(i think)

Needs to look like this:

Must have 15% damage while in a stance(or will consider >50%), max damage, require 12 or less(preferably 8 or 9). Mods don't matter, as I already have the mods to put in it. Not sure how much something like this would cost, it is rather specific, just let me know.

Double Adrenaline on hit (chance 2%)
Hammer Mastery +1 (10% chance while using skills)

Nope, not interested. It HAS to be max damage, 15% while in stance, req 12 or less and look like the hammer in Picture.
