Zealous war axe of enchanting: 6-28 , dmg +17% while hexed, energy gain on hit:1 , energy regen: -1, enchantments lastr 19% longer!

BLUE:
Tall shield: armor 15, req 7 tacts
Recieve dmg: -1 while in stance

FDS: 15 -20 req: 10 swordsmanship
FDS: 15 -21 req: 8 Swordsmanship

if it was me,
tall shield -> 10k maybe?
axe -> salvage
