I want to Solo SF runs.

I am trying to develop a combo that can solo run (without henchmen) sorrows furnace. I know you are all thinking it is rather impossible but, for great item yield I will be skipping the part with dredges.

I am open for ideas, and so far I am not successful.

I am an extremely good Minion Master that doesnt like to waste time, hence my desire to solo run SF. I am a patient and capable individual that hates playing with the average 9th grader.

If you guys have any ideas on how I could make a breif SF run, even if its the first 3 bosses (the ones that are lightly guarded) I would appreciate your input.

My approach is a failproof system, one person, drops are mine (sounds greedy but im sick of the wandering noob getting the razorstones).

personally i don't think it is possible to solo SF but someone please prove me wrong. However the best you could do rather than joining a 5 man group is go 3 man SF with a bonder, rezmer (me/mo) and a Minion Master either the bonder equips a vampiric weapon and changes armour to 55hp and the rezmer just keeps on rezing until the Minion Master has created a large enough army.

Probably not 55hp, I would think that 105hp is better (gives you more health after 60dp), then again, I could be wrong...but it could work...

As to the original question (whether or not its possible to solo SF), I think not. The closest you can go to soloing is the proposed build (1 bonder,1 minion master, and 1 rezmer)

Everyone is guilty of wanting to solo farm, you included.

The point is that after 1 death when u get rezed you will just continue to die without any effort and when the army is large enough the rezmer uses vengance and u change your weapon and armour and then when vengance ends you get rezed properly and then u use a good old canycane.

this idea seems rather complicated. But it is clever, forcing your own deaths so the MM can take advantage of the corpses. then candycane it.

I could see the situation getting out of hand quickly with only 3 people and a large aggro, say 7 or 8 enemies. Hmm, anyone willing to spend a couple hours and try this method with me?

heh i been thinking of doing MF down in UW.. like a 2 saccers/ 2 rezmers / 2 MM and clear out the whole UW ^^ would be fun and kewl to try out.

Does anyone know if you can spawn minions from a dead pets corpse?

yes u can, problem is making it die.. and res.. and not letting the aggro that killed the pet kill you is the problem.

I was thinking of soloing the SF, but partway into GF I thought, the big question is, would I be able to kill a boss solo?

The boss W's have healing sig, the ranger ones have troll, and don't get me started on the monk bosses....

My thought was nope, but if anyone manages in a reasonable amount of time, please tell!

Shatter enchants (which is all over the furnace) would own you quickly

now we can use flavour of the month tombs builds in pve! modified pve MF build FTW!

there are too many enchant strips and constant degens for anything to work i think....if theres one person thatll do it though itll be rachtoh

when my MM has enough minnions up I can solo...there is no reason you can't do 3 man...healer>bonder imo

you could possibly do a 2 man with MM rezing and healer/bonder but it would be very slow to create the minions at the start.

well first thing first, i can't kill the warrior and monk bosses by myself ha.

what rez spell would you say is best? I'd worry minnions would start dieing off before you could get a good army.

well rebirth is the fastest rez spell it takes 6 seconds to cast so you would be able to have a vereta's sacrifice on while creating your army. But you lose all energy so restore life/ ressurect with an 8 second cast is required.
