Completing all 3 Ring of Fire Missions with henchies & my ranger (my he RIP) - that was before the AoE nerf, so getting through the gates wasn't that hard.
Making it to the HoH with an inexperienced group, think it was our 2nd time playing in Tombs. Hooray for 8 fame!!! (OK, so we skipped a couple rounds to get there :P)

Doing Hell's with my monk as the only healer, the other monk was prot/smite. Finishing it at 5am after a night which started at THK, falling asleep several times during the mission and 'dreaming' of monking and hitting word of healing... all up, two deaths, and they happened early on in the game.

Necro: getting 15k citidel armor at lvl 6, capping life transfer and offering of blood at lvl 7 (with henchies), farming SF (with henchies), and pulling some green bow, razorstone, and a black dye in one run (durration = about 2 hours, dp = 60% woot woot)
only the latter half is the real acheivement of course
oh ya, then i owned noob arenas with my necro till i was lvl 11 and 85% to lvl 12
(uber monk had to go to bed)

I've been playing since May of '05, and have never been a huge fan of the PvP in Guild Wars, so I'm proud of my rank 0. I would have to say meeting all my awesome friends in my guild, Acolytes of Lyssa, is one big acheivement. Another thing, I take a bit of pride in what I've done in PvE, so it would have to be reaching the goal of ascending, completing the game, capturing every elite skill, and having at least one set of 15k armor(some have 2 or 3) for each of my 4 characters on my main account(W/Mo, E/Me, Me/R, Mo/Me). My next goal is to do the same with my newer characters, R/Me and N/Me, on my newer account.

One of my favorite moments was the first mission after you get to Droknars Forge. We were supposed to free two of the Shining Blade. Well, we had a bunch of idiot non-infused WaMo's who insisted on fighting jade armours and demanding to be rezed. We told them to stay away from the Jades and Mursaat repeatedly. And then going back after them after they were rezed. The reason given was, "I'm a Warrior!"
I left the group amd ran off alone, got the bombs myself and yanked them away from their idiocy by triggering the cutscence. Then we got through the cave and the dummies ran straight into the Mursaat. All they could say was, "You kept me from getting that bow I wanted!". I made it with the next group, but I loved spoiling their idiot fun.
