I have questions on where to farm things...

Ok, First thing I'm going to say: yes Ive played through the entire storyline. I only got 1 superior rune, and it wasn't one i could use. best weapon i found was a 6-28 +11% axe mastery in the whole ordeal. I have not much money, and can no way afford the cool armor in Granite Citadel, but I'm going to work on it until I can. I'm posting this topic so I know the best place to work on getting money, and the best way to get a new axe and better runes, not so I can have a bunch of idiots argue over whether we need to farm in this game or not.

That being said: What are the best enemies to farm? Where are they? From what I understand, even post the last patch, I heard Giants in Riverside and Lightning Drakes...somewhere are the best. However, I've played through Riverside and don't remember any Giants...where are they? and I also remember seeing lightning Drakes here and there, but where can I find a good # of them? Oh and if there is anything better for farming, I would also like to know where that is as well. I especially need an axe better then 6-28 +11% to Axe mastery, so if there are any enemies that drop especially good axes, I would be very pleased to know who and where they are.

Giants in Cay are pretty good for runes. As well as jades in the last three missions (but still rather hard to form a party)

I couldn't find any Giants in Cay? Then again, I farm solo and the Undead in it kick my ass solo, so maybe they are passed that. Anything else?

Try the White Mantle Zealots (sp?) in riverside, i remember getting quite a few purple Knight's Armor from them.
