Mending to Victory!

So, my latest Wammo is standing around at Thunderhead Keep when I get an invite. I join up and we embark.

We end up with a Ranger, 2 Warriors, 2 Elementalists, a Mesmer, a Monk, and because we couldn't find anyone else...Mhenlo. Now, the only human monk decides to use Mending on everyone, 8 mendings in all. Call me a pessimist, but I was having my doubts about winning this mission.

We cleared the village and fort with a couple of deaths. We start off sitting in the middle of the fort defending but we very quickly run into organization trouble and retreat to the king. We gain control of the situation and kill everything off.

A Mursaat Mesmer boss comes along with a pack of friends. Things turn grimm when four party members go down (which of course included Mhenlo). I managed to revive one of them (several other attempts kept getting interupted). I barely survived myself as I was fortunate to not have my healing signet interupted. Eventually we slowly got back on our feet, cleared the minions, and then finally took out the boss. The rest of the mission is of course yawning until the confessor comes.

I was skeptical but the mending monk came through for us. Mission accomplished.
