55 monk with Spellbreaker?

With the new AoE nerf, what can a 55 monk with Spellbreaker run?
If you skip Spellbreaker and get SoJ, then I would run this:
Prot Spirit
Breeze
Bonetti's
Mending
SoJ {E}
Balthazar's Spirit
Holy Strike (SoJ + Holy Strike = decent holy damage)
Zealot's Fire

I would think that with Spellbreaker it would be something like:
Prot Spirit
Breeze
Bonetti's
Mending
Spellbreaker {E}
Balthazar's Spirit
Holy Strike
Zealot's Fire

In a UW build, would you just open by going Prot Spirit/Zealot's/Breeze and then fire a self enchantment every 3-4 seconds for AoE damage stacked with Holy Strike to help kill something faster?

I'm not sure if I want to run the SoJ build or the Spellbreaker Build, since Spellbreaker is easier to cap. I will likely run both, but what should I run for Spellbreaker build while waiting to perfect a SoJ build (i.e. while waiting to cap SoJ and figure out where/when to use IT, and where/when to use Spellbreaker)?

Zealot's Fire has less DPS than SoJ and it triggers scatter.
