i saw a 45 enchant one rec 13 with b/o of 80 ectos in LA other day---id say this is 100-300k, but no idea cuz of dual mod and high rec

If someone can recall, I believe there was a 12 req, +39 health/-2 damage while enchanted shield a month or so ago that sold for around 700K. I would say that this shield could fetch that amount, because of the 1 better requirement offset by the mismatched (but desireable) mods.
