I myself would salvage for the wrap. But I really hate spamming to sell stuff also so unless its perfect/easy to sell I usually try and go the fastest route which would be salvaging the perfect mods. I personally would buy a one mod staff it it was the recharge mod Im not a big fan on fast cast.
