Thats not photoshop, once my Earth attunement turned into an elite for a few seconds of lag and my penetration blow turned into elite in PvP arena but it didnt go away until i logged off.

Its called lag, not a photoshop. Once my Antidote signet was elite for like 5 seconds.

I had a strange experience just yesterday, while skilling to interrupt and help someone cap Spellbreaker ... put troll unguent in it's usual spot, went to put whirling defense in next to it, and it made the little "sizzle" like an elite makes ... and then turned into troll unguent ... I had two troll unguent's on my bar for a short time o.O 
It was very odd, but it ended before I thought to screen cap it. I believe the OP.

Once my ressurection signet was elite during The Wilds mission - After i actually used it the eliteness went away, still pretty funny though.

I think Ressurection signets(not ressurection) should be elite in the first place.
I mean come on
-2 second cast time. Normally, ressurections last overnight. i.e. Jesus Christ
-No energy. Some people spend their life trying to find immortality. Then they die.
-Can only be used once. That's how 1337 it is.

I still get this graphics lag, even with 1GB (1024MB) RAM...ATI Sapphire Radeon 9250 128MB AGP 8X Graphics Card...
Only happened when sorting Skill Bar in an outpost, have to take it of then put it back on again for it to go away, sometimes I get a duplicate of a skill to.
