Question about Pre-order and Collector's Edition....

Does anyone know if you can purchase the Collector's Edition with your preorder funds?????? I just got my preorder today at BB and I am already enjoying the beta weekend. I just saw that they announced a collector's edition and it seems like something I would purchase. Just wondering if it is even an option as a preorder customer?? Anyone know?
