Districts and Places

iv got a problem here. after today's patch whenever im in city's i get (American District xx) but i bought my in EU and had a problem meeting with a friend today. is it possible to change from american to EU how is it set??
although i used my key on Beta account iv made long ago.. could that be it?
plzz any help information would be helpfull.

when you first log in, there is a button in the bottom left. "Edit Account" press that do a "change territory"

You don't have to do that, you can just go to the International District and get your friend to do the same.
