Nice title. Too bad it doesn't have a second mod and has a high requirement. I would put it at around 15K, for the chance of salvaging the insightful head alone.

i agree with jetdoc. the insightful head alone is worth more than the staff. you can get around 15-20k if you manage to successfully salvage the insightful mod. it's up to you if you're willing to take the risk. for the staff, i'll say may be 10k at most. req is pretty high, the improve cast speed isnt anything that impressive when you can get the collector death staff at 20/20.

I know that the req. is killing the price of this beauty, but I hope I will find someone who will find the use for the whole staff.... not just the head

Daftshadow, if my memory serves me well (I'm a bit older than your average player, you know ), 20/20 is the max for casting/recharge per magic (ie, Water, Death, Smiting). The "Improves casting speed" stat on this staff works on any group of magic, it can be dual (which jetdoc mentioned) and goes up to 10/10 (hence the Morgiff's little brother title).
