Anybody know at what time the finals are?

While the Finals are now going on (16-19th.) I would like to know how we can watch any of them in observer mode or otherwise.

I would like some more Info as I think it is one of the rare occasions where Arenanet has not provided a clear info on the topic.

I am really dying to see the valandor fight...
