I've rarely seen an offhand with "improve skill recharge" mod, so I'm wondering, is it worth anything?

Don't think so, perfect skill recharge is 20% I believe.

Could be wrong though, get someone elses opinion too.

I know it's 10% on staves, but as said, I've rarely seen it on offhands so no idea.

perfect recharge is 10% and if it says a specific type of skill like fire or illusion magic it is 20%. As for the price i dont think its worth over 2k
