What I'm getting at is, over the next 6-12 months there's likely to be much new content and updates to existing content stream-ed (ie, downloaded). Now if I go out and buy me a nice shiny new computer and install GW on that (ie, moving my "gaming rig"), is there a way to grab all the downloaded updates? (I'm not talking character data, know that's stored on ArenaNet's systems).
The idea being, armed with my GW CDs and all the already downloaded content, I can be playing on my new system quickly (and not have to re-download updates I'd already have on my ex-"gaming rig", for a modem-user this would be time consuming, for DSL+ users there's probably month quotas to be watchful for). I'm thinking either is there an "updates" folder that I just copy the whole thing, or (better yet?) a "backup my downloaded content" option somewhere?
Is there a way to backup stream-ed updates?

you might try looking at your programs under guild wars for the main data file(that is where mine is)

I don't have the game yet Saw GW boxes in the local PC games shop, soon discovered they were empty "coming soon" shelf fillers (and choose not to buy through internet sources, my perference will always be to buy from a physical shop), so not able to check, but the thought occurred to me today, and though I'd ask the question. Could you elaporate futher, is it as easy as I suspect, there's a folder where all the updates go, and you could just copy that across to the new PC?
