I just bought a sword which is said came from a quest, it is the same apperance as the fighter hench one and the status is +15 while enchanted. So is the item nerfed? and how much is it worth?

No, its most likely the Cyrstal Desert collector item if its blue, unless its a rare, which makes it worth quite a bit more
