My W/E farming skills

After looking at countless threads on what skills to farm, i've put some skills that compliment each other in the skill bar. Please note before flaming me about how bad my choice's are, i am a newbie to farming .

Skills (in order from left to right):
1:hundred blades {elite}
2:dolyak signet
3:armor of earth
4:"watch yourself"
5:flurry
6:healing signet
7:galrath slash
8:final thrust

Attributes:
strenght-12+1
tactics-11+2
swordsmanship-12+1

I am still trying to find a good place to farm, but heres what I use when I'm fighting....anything. Use dolyak signet, followed with armor of earth when you're right at them. Then use hundred blades and flurry. use "watch yourself, and galrath slash. Continue this until his/her hp is lower than half, then use final thrust, but be sure hundred blades is ready to use to get your adrenaline up.... fast. So thats my very newbish farming build. Feel free to comment on what can be improved (time for 25 pages of posts..)
BTW, my profession is a w/e but i started out using a e/me..

Major runes are a waste. For a whole level you might aswell give 25 more health for a superior.

i have minors on...my helm gives me +1 tactics and i put on rune of minor tactics on =].

your attributes are waaay off wack, impossible to have 12, 12, 11, only 12, 9, 9, or 12, 10, 8, or 11, 10 10

and secondly, Armor of Earth without any points in earth seems kind of wasteful to me, so ide suggest taking some points out of swordsmanship and strength to put into earth, since it doesnt matter if you can kill stuff if you cant live
