Hi there, lookin to get an axe that fits the description in the title, haft and grip do not matter. I don't care that much for the skin nor the requirement, but it must have the +15% and -5 energy.

I'd like to pay around 20k for it, negotiable so send me an offer if y've got one! (req 13? no problem, I'll take it)
