WTB a sword with dmg 20% while hexed and a shield..

I am looking for a sword, it doesn't matter which type it is as long as it isn't a Fiery Dragon Sword. I want it to be something like this:

15-22 dmg req 7-9
dmg +20% while hexed

That's all I want on it and won't pay more because it has mods on it.

For the shield something like this:

Armor 16 req 8-10 strength or tactics
Received dmg -3 while hexed

I dont' care what type it is. I would prefer it to be a higher req so I don't have to pay as much.

EDIT: I found out I don't need exactly this stuff. If you have that kind of sword I would still be willing to purchase it. Also the sheild doesn't have to be a strength requirement.
