2) ID it, otherwise >5k
3) 5-10k
4) Merchant or salvage. Fort mod might sell for 1-2k or you could use it.

The first chaos axe is not max damage, and has a non-perfect non-desired mod. You might be able to sell it in ascalon for 2-3k.
