Yeah if you pre-order now, you're probably getting just the Factions box, not the special pre-order package that's bound to become available soon.

If you preorder now, most stores will let you come back with proof of your preorder and give you the preorder package... but maybe thats just because I bug the store so much they let me have things.

I'm not going to until they put out official information on it. I almost got royally shafted by Best Buy when I pre-ordered the retail version. I'm sure a lot of others experienced the "Collector's/Deluxe Edition" mix-up.

Also, preorder packages for america haven't been released yet but the store that I bought mine at said that I can just come back when they get a shipment

I'm waiting for announcement for a "Collector's Edition" of Chapter 2 or confirmation that there isn't going to be one before I pre-order mine.
As far as pre-order kits, if they do the same thing as give you special items based on the store, will be getting kits from the "venders" that offer the unique items. If not, I will wait till Best Buy or Amazon gets some then grab one of those.

You might... at Amazon.com you can get stuff internationally... but some items are restricted. Best way, get a friend to get it for you.

I'm not going to put out any money until I can find out more solid information about the non-arena parts of this game since I'm not much for the strict PvP play. Hopefully the next event will have some of the PvE added in.
