Restore Condition sounds like an awsome spell, does anyone know where to get it? Its a monk elite by the way.

Ring of fire, Abaddons Mouth. Its pretty tough to get so make sure you get a good group.

It's very henchable after the new AI update, just make sure your infused.

Note that theres a good chance you'll get frustrated and want to throw your computer out of your window when you've fought to the places he can spawn 10 times and he hasn't spawned yet (he shares spots with several other bosses) meaning you've wasted hours and hours of your life.
But if you are lucky you might get him on your first time in :\
Anyway, yes its a great spell, just remember to bring mending touch or something similar to cover your OWN conditions (because RC is "target OTHER ally")

hehe, did any of you people that posted today actually bother checking the date of the OP? hehe.
yeah, most of the elites on the fire islands are like that... silly bosses... stay still i say they should, like in nightfall.

yeah, i did think that it was still useful, since nobody appears too have told the OP about it's position in over a year

Phoenix Arrows
Restore Conditions is a pain in the rear to cap. Henchies couldn't get me past the first group of bosses...and the one time I did get past, I only found the Fevered Dreams boss. I have given up ever since.

If RC was usable on yourself, it would be flat out overpowered.

RC is wonderful utility.

it sucks you can't use RC on yourself, but hey, there is a healing touch version of it called "mending touch" its still pretty powerful.

Mending Touch covers all your self condition removal needs on an RC prot though with alittle healing bonus to sweeten the deal.
RC is still wicked though, and deserves to be one of the harder ones to cap (unlike Fevered Dreams and such...)

Get your healer monk to take Draw Conditions for use on your RC monk, then the RC can take off the conditions that were drawn for additional output.
Very effective. RC is a great skill to base builds around; more so in PvP.
