Where is Bakkir the Forsaken?

Looking to capture a couple spells off him with Signet of Capture. GWG lists him as a boss around the Gates of Kryta (i've searched and searched, can't find him

I have seen Bakkir the Forsaken twice, both times during the co-op mission from Gates of Kryta. Once was at the bridge near Hablion's location, where I used the Signet of Capture on him. The other time was in the swamp near the conclusion of the mission. There might be some randomness to where he appears.

He's one of the four or five undead bosses who randomly appears in the Gates of Kryta mission. The first appears as you leave the farmers. The second appears at the bridge (which you can avoid). The third (and sometimes fourth) are right before the swamp when you part ways with Hablion. The last will be in the swamp as part of the third wave.
