the ppl say i can only get it "at the end", but... dosnt hlp me really...
in witch mission in with town, and from witch boss?

You get it from Prince Rurik in the last or second from last mission in the game. Forget the town in which you leave for the quest though. I know it in the Ring of Fire area.

Not only is it the last mission of the game but he's like the 2nd to last guy you fight. I really wish that skill had been available much sooner in the game.

well you can still use it after that. All the glint missions, surrows furnace quests.
pvp and not to mention chapter2 and coming chapters
