Hey guys I would like to have a price check on the following hammer (no picture available I'm sorry):

Vampiric Hammer of Fortitude (gold)
Damage 19-35 (req. 8 Hammer Mastery)
Damage +15% when Health is above 50%
Life stealing +5
Life regeneration -1
+29 Health

The skin is common, nothing special.
Please help me

Difficult to price hammers as you more or less have to give them away these days.

Probably 10k right if you can find a buyer
