After starting GW this morning I noticed that my Hammer that used to have +20 vs Charr is now only +5vs Charr. Was there something in the new update to cause this? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks.

Yes, it is the War Hammer of Fortitude and it was indeed nerfed.
