Quest Question

There's a quest in the small city outside of Old Ascalon or whatever where the guy asks you to bring him an egg, which I did, and I followed him. He put the egg on the ground, and a queen worm spawned. I go to attack her, and only take off some HP, then she goes into the ground. When she comes back up, she's at full HP again. Am I doing something wrong?

How much health did you remove from the Queen.....when I did this quest I found she does have some regen.....but then Im a Necro so I was able to overcome it. I did however get a major lag spike several times and wasnt sure if I was actually doing any damage. The Queen did die though and I got about 250 xp for it. I think, don't quote me on that.

yeah the queen regens rather fast. luckily i also am part necro so that helps immensely

i guess you have to throw everything at her at once and pray you hurt her bad

Thanks for this thread. I found the guy took me egg and i waited forever but the queen didn't come so I ran around killing all the worms but when I went back to the guy he wanted me to go get another egg!

There are a few quests that, try though I might, I just can't find the right places I have to go. First, the Census paper in the ruins of Old Ascalon. I have no clue where to go from Ascalon City...I've searched everywhere I can think of but I can't find it. Next...where is the Serenity Temple at? That's another one I can't seem to find. Finally, I've found 2 quest items that I didn't have the quests for and can't find the people that give them. One is a devourer egg, and the other was a pair of greaves I found on the great northern wall during the coop mission there. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing happened to me! At least getting another egg will not be that hard.

My main "issue" is Gwen. I found her flute, and somehow managed to click off the next quest she had...something about it being broken. I never got the quest in my log, she doesn't give it to me again, she still has the exclamation point over her head, and wants to follow me....I dont know where to! So I tell her to stay and continue on my merry way

She needs a new flute. There is a vendor up on the hill that happens to sell one. I don't remember if they gave me anything for completing that part though.

Actually the outfitter in Ascalon also has a new flute. And Gwen will follow you almost anywhere, sometimes to your detriment.....tho they have made her not stand in one place if you are not moving now....so she doesnt block you for long.

I just found the census letter today, it's at the edge of a sandy trail in the old ascalon part.
