Build Challenge -- Inspirations!

I just thought this might be a fun kind of thread, and I hope it's appropriate for this forum. My idea is that I'll post a challenge, and other people can attempt to fulfill it. Later, anybody who wants can post their own challenge to the same thread and keep it going.

My initial challenge: an effective build that includes both Inspired Hex and Inspired Enchantment. Go!
