I need a 13% or 14% ^50% Mursaat Horn and as high req as possible, I'll take the best I find.
The Chalice/Scroll needs to have these kind of mods.
10% Skill Recharge
10% Casting Speed
5 Armor^50%
*Chalice Only* +1 Domination 19-20%
*Scroll Only* +1 Earth 19-20%
*Chalice Only* Skill Recharge/Faster Casting Domination 19-20%
*Scroll Only* Skill Recharge/Faster Casting Earth 19-20%
They must have those kind of mods. It has to be dual modded as well.
Chalice Req ~ 11 or lower
Scroll Req ~ Anything
