WTB Soul Reaping Req Staff + 20% Enchant

What I want is a Staff with a min requirement of 8, 9 or 10 soul reaping. Monks have staves that require divine favor but not sure if necros have them for SR. If this does not exist I will settle for either a Blood or Curses staff and MUST have these requirements:

- Be of SHADOW, or other Hot and unique looking skin, do not bother me with a bone or default skin.
- 8, 9 or 10 (either SR, Blood or Curse)
- max % of improve casting speed
- max damage

Don't believe that there are Soul Reaping Req Staffs.

Ok well if SR does not exist I am still WTB a rare skined Blood, or Curses staff, I want a shadow skin but if you have a rare skin I will probably buy that too.
