...it's weird, because every single other character that I've created has had an Ithas Bow in the inventory, but now that I make a Ranger...the Ithas Bow isn't there! How ironic...the one time I'd actually need the Ithas Bow, it isn't there.
Any idea how to acquire my Ithas Bow? I searched for the answer but couldn't find it.
My "Ithas Bow" Pre-order Item is not in my inventory...

no clue how you mgiht get it, but ithas bow sucks anyway. try deleteing and remaking the characters, if not then jusxt go get a bow fomr somewhere else

I had the same problem, remade the char about 3 times and still didnt have the bow. My main second char I had made, had never been logged in (was made during Beta and hadnt played since the game went live). I logged in that char and she had the bow, then remade my ranger again and the bow was there. Dont know if it made any diffrence or not, but make sure all your chars have been logged in or not, or maybe just reroll the ranger 4 times...

As Siren said, type /preorder in your message box. Your items will show up. You can even delete the preorder items from a character and use that command to get them back.

I tried typing "/preorder" last night and it didn't work. Tried again today and it worked. Thanks guys.

Do this... put the bow into storage with one character, then log in with the Ranger and take it out of storage.
My wife and I figured out that the storage works for all characters. This is of course if you don't get it working otherwise.
