Exit setup - (the whole game, not just log out) then reload. You will automatically download it lol, that's kinda funny. Gotta laugh.

Lol I laughed when I read that.

Sorry, but that means there's an update in the Game and you need to Close and re-load up Guild Wars.

Seriously that gave me a laugh, lol.
