10% armor penetration is deadly, and 10% is the max for it therefore its worth alot.

2. People are just barely smart enough to recognize armor penetration as good, and much too stupid to recognize ~0.4DPS as bad.

Sundering is purely hype. It averages out to .3 extra damage per hit which is so bad it's not even funny.
