Show Energy

Just like the health of each member is visible in the party window, I keep on thinking how useful it would be to have energy there as well. It wouldn't be a large bar or anything like health, but the number or percentage of energy next to the bar. That way battery necros could have a way of telling how much energy you have in pve. Also, if you're a monk and you have a mesmer draining you in pvp, people won't complain about the lack of heals and they can see that they need to take out that mesmer. Plus, it's just generally good to know how well people are managing their energy.

Also, You could have an energy graph on the score chart.

It'd be pretty good update, only applying to teammates [maybe show the energy in party-window].

One way to easily display it might be to slice the health bar into two, and make the lower half show energy. Generally in PvE people should then see how much energy the team monk has, and know that it's not time to rush into the next swarm of mobs yet, and monks wouldn't have to spam their 'My energy is 2 out of 40.' anymore

It would be nice to see how much healt someone has, like no 55hp ppl in the team.

The tactics set-up are good as they are. Changing them now would create havok among GvG and other high levels of PvP who would need to change their style drastically. It would also make farming ten times easier if you can see just how much health the monsters have.
