I just decided to start a new character to see what the update changed for the creation of characters which is way different and I really like it but I also noticed that the Ranger has no mask. Has NE one else seen this or know what is happening... If NE one else has seen this and has NE ideas, plz leave a post for me... thnx!!

Are you talking about a collector mask? If so, I'm pretty sure there have never been any headgear collector armors in pre-searing.

no no, as in none at all. When you create a character its not there, there is absolutly no mask.

Hmmmm. Is it possible that you're not making it show in towns? If not, it wouldn't be the first time an update has led to a pre-searing bug...

no, it isnt even on the character when u open inventory. Its actually not even there in the creation portion of the game. b/c since u can now dye you starter armor B4 starting the game it shows all parts of armor but the mask. The warriors show thier helm, and its on in the game as well. Isuppose look for your self if u want to.

I don't know what's going on but all the NEW rangers since the update dont have any mask and altho i seen a mesmer w/ a mask my character doesnt show it on her. I dont know whats going on, maybe sometime some1 will find out and let me know unless it is fixed B4 then. TY for your post. Still really comfused

No classes at all have their head gear. I've only seen a couple, but those were of people who've been in pre-sear since before the update.

My ranger had no mask, and my pre-searing monk Star Asia, had no head piece either, so I do not know what is up with that. And this happened immediately after creating your character and going into the beginnings of pre-searing. So, yes, it happened to 2 of my characters too.

Every non-Warrior proffesion doesn't get a headpiece when created sice a recent update. The non-Warrior that do have a headpiece in Pre-Searing have been created before this update.
