Thinking About Ladder for TOP Player !!

HI Guys... I wanna give a very good idea about making a ladder not only for the guild itself but also for the player... So, we player know where we did really stand in the game itself... so, it will be more challenging and competitive in order to be the best not only in the guild but also in the character itself.. It would be a great thing isn't it when all the players are keep lvling up to reach the top of the ladder.. It had not be used in other online game that are booming this year..even World Of Warcraft... Therefore, why not 'GUILD WAR' to be the first booming game of the year that make a new thing that other game did not do.. Afterall, it will make guild war more famous and most importantly, it will be more fun to play because we have a goal not only to finish all the mission in the game but also to be the best player in the game.... Isn't it will be a great thing !!!!!!

How would you put meaning into an individual "ladder" in a game designed for team combat?

The top individual ladder would just list those people who only play in and with their (top ladder) guild, and never with strangers.

And how exactly would you rank individuals? Did you consider these things?
