I've found a blue "Eerie Focus" in Pre-Searing, so it's not always a white item. I'd love some Assassin daggers, those will sell for much, no chance though

well the Ritualist has been a white mantle creature class for some time... so now that they added Ritualist drops for the beta geared towards that class for players, I'm sure a random drop or two will start showing up for them where the MOB Ritualist groups appear in game already...

and yes, in small amounts, Ritualist and Assassin stuff are dropping. The first few people tryed to sell them off as "uber leetness rare" like they "HaxOred" the game to get it early and wanted like 2 million for it (It was just a non-max glowing wand like yours but lower dmg).

Now people realize their drops in the Southern Peaks.

Had this drop tonight, thought it was pretty cool to see these dropping before Factions even comes out. I have heard of other people getting them too, so I doubt its of any real value. I'm holding it for sentimental value only.

It is? I play a warrior so I'm not big on rods/staves. I didn't think that was much for a rod...and it wont sell high due to it being useless for a few more months.

There have been a few other threads with drops relating to Factions. All have been related to the Ritualist in some way or another.

Hmm, you know what's strange, I found the Eerie offhand item and Glowing wands from one the hidden stashes in pre-searing with my ranger, with the Eerie item, I was wondering if perhaps it was a new necromancer item. Hmmm...

The Eerie offhand item looks like the mesmer offhand item (round), and the wand looked like the smiting wand for the monks. Next time I come across such an item I will take a screenie.

The other day I picked up a Max Eerie Rod req 8 communing , it was blue. I did not identify it but went to tombs and asked for a price check. I had 5 people want to buy it for 5-10k. I told him i was not selling it yet. He then offered me Victo's Blade for it. Could not resist. Traded it away. i wish i would of id'd it.
