Not sure anyone knows, I would post the final "size" of my GW.dat file if I could get logged in 
Client Update, Once Client loads (background updating), + Every map area / mission / explore zone that got updated.
It looks like it's reloading all the armor graphic files too.
I think a lot of the "pre" loading of area's before this build went live was also to cut down the files required (have them in place before it was switched on).
