The Window Colour?

Howdy,

Did they change the colour of the windows in GW?

I can't figure it out, but something looks different about my UI windows--like my party window and my inventory window.

P.S. All menu backgrounds used to be semi transparant gray. Now they are semi transparant black, with some other slight changes...

It looks so much better i say.

The buttons in the menus are also transparent, which is the only new layout thing I don't like very much.

Im not keen on the black, ive said this many times before but it really desn't appeal to me.. I tried to get to int dis1 to ask gaile if there are any plans to allow players to change the colours/Transparency etc. But failed.

The new buttons have just been made more glossy.. which is ok, but i think its overdone. But i think they would be very arrogant if they didn't heed the advice of the players on this issue. Even if im the 1 player in 10 who doesn't like the new UI, thats still gonna be 10million in 100million that don't like the UI... And thats not a small number that can be ignored id say..

Shouldn't be that difficult to add a 'adjust transparency'-slider somewhere, to make the new too-dark stuff more transparent. :<

I agree. I really like this myself.

I like the new look. It takes the focus off the interface. You only pay attention to the information.

Personally I love the new UI, but I agree that it would be a good idea to make it customizable so that you could change the patterns.
