Attribute Points after Ascending

I've heard different people talk about a quest that gives you an extra 15 attribute points...from someone called Annelle? I was under the impression that after you ascended you couldn't get any more...then again, I was also under the impression you couldn't change your second prof so who knows right?

you can get a total of 30 more, 15 from a quest called the forgotton ones or forgotton wisdom dont remember exact name, but its in destiny's gorge, and there is another you get from vanyi in droknars near storage. in both cases there is a small quest before you get the actual attrib one. The desert one (starts in destiny) leads you to a snake guy and he gives you that actual attrib quest, and vanyi has you do a heros journey before giving you the 15 attrib one.
